TOJ Group began at Auckland’s night markets in 2015. Today, CEO Daizo Yamada leads the group as an entrepreneur—developing casual izakaya and sashimi-led concepts, shaping their marketing and building operating systems that help each brand grow consistently.TOJ Groupは、2015年にオークランドのナイトマーケットからスタートしました。現在、代表の山田大造は、カジュアル居酒屋や刺身特化型店舗などの事業コンセプトを企画し、マーケティングから店舗オペレーションの構築までを一貫して手がけています。
His more than 20 years of hands-on food experience across Japan, Taiwan and New Zealand is the practical foundation behind those decisions.
